Terms of Service

Tezzap provides an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist service for Indian SMBs. The service includes an AI chat assistant, appointment booking, lead capture, daily digest emails, and an operator dashboard. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You agree not to use Tezzap to:

• •Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to your customers or any third party.
• •Upload or process any content that is illegal, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law in India or the jurisdictions in which you operate.
• •Impersonate another business, individual, or public figure in your AI receptionist's knowledge base or responses.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Tezzap's underlying AI models or proprietary systems.
• •Use the service for any purpose that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta's platform terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of your business data, uploaded documents, and any content you provide to configure your AI receptionist. Tezzap does not claim intellectual property rights over your content.

By uploading content, you grant Tezzap a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any documents or data you provide, and that doing so does not breach any third-party agreements or applicable law.

Tezzap's AI receptionist is designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. Please note:

• •The AI may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated responses. Tezzap is not liable for errors made by the AI.
• •All appointment bookings, quotes, and commitments generated by the AI should be reviewed by a human before acting on them.
• •In regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal), AI responses are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.
• •Tezzap does not guarantee 100% uptime for the AI service; AI provider outages may temporarily affect response quality.

Tezzap is available on three monthly plans:

• •Starter: ₹1,999/month
• •Growth: ₹3,499/month
• •Scale: ₹5,999/month

All plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period. There are no lock-in contracts.

Tezzap reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Tezzap's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the month immediately preceding the claim.

Tezzap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost bookings, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Tezzap after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor changes (typos, clarifications, or changes required by law) may be made without notice.
